Help shape the future of IT and data at Hans Aa

At Hans Aa, we are looking for an IT & Data Specialist who enjoys working with systems, data and technology — and who understands how reliable systems, structured data and efficient workflows help businesses perform better.

You will join our IT function and work closely with our Head of IT in a role that combines operations, development and project work across our international organisation.

As we continue to strengthen and integrate our systems across Denmark, Poland and China, you will play an important role in helping us build a more connected, scalable and data-driven business.

Your role

As our new IT & Data Specialist, you will work with both existing systems and future initiatives. You will be involved in everything from data management and cloud technologies to larger development and implementation projects.

You will work extensively with data, databases and system integrations, helping ensure that data is accurate, accessible and valuable across the organisation.

At the same time, you will contribute to developing and maintaining our cloud and data platforms within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Fabric and related technologies.

The role is still evolving, which gives you the opportunity to influence both responsibilities and ways of working.

Your responsibilities

Work with data extraction, queries and data quality management
Support the development and operation of cloud and data platforms within the Microsoft ecosystem
Participate in IT projects across the business
Contribute to the implementation of a new PLM system in 2026
Support data integration and consolidation across systems and departments
Collaborate with colleagues in Denmark, Poland and China to strengthen common processes and platforms

Who are you?

You have a strong interest in IT, data and systems, and you enjoy finding solutions that create structure and value for the business.

You may come from a similar role, have an IT-related educational background, or have gained experience working with data and systems in practice.

We imagine that you have experience with:

Microsoft environments such as Windows, Microsoft 365 and Azure
Databases, SQL and data queries
Data structures and data models
Data platforms such as Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric and/or Power BI (an advantage)

Just as importantly, you are analytical, curious and eager to learn.

You take ownership of your work, thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across functions, countries and cultures.

You are comfortable communicating in both Danish and English.

You do not need to know everything from day one. We value curiosity, responsibility and a willingness to develop alongside the role.
